Key Responsibilities
Business Growth & Sales
- Acquire new customers for banking products (Savings Account, Current Account, Fixed Deposits, Loans, etc.)
- Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets
- Promote CASA growth
- Cross-sell insurance, mutual funds, and other financial products
Lead Generation
- Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and cold calling
- Build strong local networks with retailers, SMEs, and individuals
Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Resolve queries and ensure customer satisfaction
Documentation & Compliance
- Handle KYC documentation
- Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines and bank policies
Market Intelligence
- Track competitor activity
- Share market insights with management
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate (any discipline)
- Age: Up to 31 years
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Willingness to work in field sales
- Basic knowledge of banking products preferred
- Good understanding of local market
