Job Description
Aaranyak is looking for paid interns to work in the Elephant Research and Conservation Division (ERCD) The interns will be working under the supervision of an assigned fellow from the ERCD of Aaranyak.
Qualification :
Candidate with Graduate/Post Graduate degree in Zoology, Botany, Forestry, Life science and its allied subjects background can apply.
Duration : Initially 3 months
Skills :
- Should be proficient in identifying plant species & vegetation types.
- Should be proficient in MS office software especially MS Excel, PowerPoint & Word.
- Should be able to stay in the field for extended period with basic facilities.
The field study will be conducted at the following locations: Manas, Raimona, Udalguri, Baksa, Tamulpur, Nagaon, Hojai, Kaziranga, Diphu, Lumding, Lanka, Haflong, and Dihing Patkai National Park.
