Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals for the role of International Voice Support Executive. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries and providing support to international clients through voice calls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers.
- Resolve customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
- Meet quality and productivity targets.
- Follow company policies and process guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Any Graduate / Undergraduate.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Experience in International Voice Process is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts/night shifts.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
