Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our International Voice Process team as a Customer Support Representative. In this role, you will be the voice of our company, providing exceptional support to our global customers through phone communication. Your primary responsibility will be to resolve customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls efficiently and professionally.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, escalating when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets such as call quality, average handling time, and customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to company guidelines and processes to ensure compliance and quality standards.
- Continuously improve product knowledge and communication skills.
- Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues.
Preferred candidate profile
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Age criteria : Below 40 years
- Prior experience in a customer support or call center environment preferred.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Candidates have to join within a week
- Flexible to work in US shifts.

- Must be ready to work in Night shift
- Minimum 1 year of experience in International Voice Process is mandatory.
- Two-way cab is free of cost
- Work from office only (No work from home)
