Role & responsibilities
Handle International inbound customer calls for a US-based Telecom process.
Resolve customer queries and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining quality standards.
Understand customer requirements and ensure a positive customer experience.
Accurately document customer interactions and follow process guidelines.
Preferred candidate profile
Min 1 Year of Experience Required in International voice
Experience in International Inbound Calling is preferred.
Prior experience in a B2C (Business-to-Consumer) process is mandatory.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Comfortable working in US shifts.
