Role & responsibilities
Handle inbound customer calls for a US-based telecom process.
Resolve customer queries efficiently while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Troubleshoot telecom-related issues and provide accurate resolutions.
Maintain high standards of communication, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Accurately document customer interactions in the system.
Preferred candidate profile
Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Inbound Voice (B2C) process (mandatory).
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Strong customer service, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable working in night shifts.
