International Voice Process Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues through phone calls, emails, or chats in a timely and professional manner.
• Process customer requests, provide product information, and offer solutions to their queries.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
• Meet performance targets for quality metrics such as first call resolution rate, average handling time, and customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements :

• 0-3 years of experience in an International BPO environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply.
• Proficiency in English language (written & spoken).
• Ability to work on night shifts including rotational week offs.
