International Voice Process Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions via phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Process international voice calls from clients across various time zones, ensuring timely resolution of their queries.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software or other tools.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily targets and improve overall performance metrics.

Job Requirements :

• 0-1 year of experience in an International Voice Process environment.
• Excellent communication skills for handling complex customer situations over the phone.
• Ability to work on night shifts (rotating schedules) as per business requirements.
• Basic computer knowledge for navigating through CRM systems and other relevant applications.
