International Voice Process Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Handle international calls from clients across various countries, providing exceptional customer service and resolving their queries efficiently.
• Process customer requests, address concerns, and upsell relevant products or services to increase sales revenue.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer complaints and improve overall customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements :

• 1-5 years of experience in an international voice process environment (US Voice Process).
• Strong communication skills for effective handling of international calls.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency in upselling techniques to meet targets.
