International Voice Process Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Handle customer calls, emails, and chats to resolve their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Process transactions, answer questions about products/services, and provide solutions to issues related to international voice processing.
• Identify opportunities for upselling/cross-selling of additional services or products to customers.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.

Job Requirements :

• 1-5 years of experience in an International Voice Process (US/UK) environment.
• Strong communication skills with excellent verbal fluency in English language.
• Ability to work on rotational shifts including night shifts as per business requirements.
