Eligibility Criteria:
- Fluent English communication is mandatory (excellent reading and writing skills).
- Ability to communicate professionally with international customers.
- Good typing speed and basic computer knowledge.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational/night shifts, if required.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain quality and productivity standards.
- Document customer interactions accurately.
