Job Description

Access Healthcare is Hiring for International Voice Process :


Role & responsibilities :


Handle inbound efficiently and professionally.


* Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets such as call quality, average handling time, and customer satisfaction.


Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, escalating when necessary.


* Adhere to company guidelines and processes to ensure compliance and quality standards.


Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills.


* Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues.


Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.


* Looking for Candidates who worked in International voice Inbound process - Customer Support experience preferred( Night shift)


* 1 year of experience in International Voice Process is mandatory.


*Two way cab is free of cost & Work from office only

(No work from home).


* CTC - Max 5 LPA & Domestic voice process not recommended.
