Job Description:
* Handle inbound calls / Outbound Calls for international clients.
* Communicate clearly and professionally with US clients.
* Meet quality and performance targets.
* Maintain accurate call records
Eligibility Criteria:
* Excellent English communication skills.
* Fresher and experienced candidates (min. 0.6 Months)
* Comfortable working in US shifts
* Immediate joiners preferred
