We are hiring for International Voice Process
Exp - Fresher to 4 years of exp
Its a night shift
Timings - 7PM to 4 AM
2 way cab will be provided
Job Description:
The ideal candidates should have prior experience of 6 months and above in International Call Centre operations, preferably (not mandatory) in chart scheduling (Retrieval of Medical Records / Chart Retrieval) or payer-related workflows like Voice process.
Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, especially for managing cross-functional teams and ensuring timely deliverables.
Were looking for individuals who can drive process improvements and contribute to operational efficiency.
Shift: 7pm to 4am once day light saving starts then it will be 6pm to 3am
