We are hiring experienced professionals for an International Voice Process / Customer Support Executive role. Candidates with prior experience in international calling, inbound/outbound process, and customer service will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle international inbound and outbound calls
- Provide customer support and resolve queries effectively
- Ensure high customer satisfaction (CSAT) and quality standards
- Follow defined SOPs, call scripts, and compliance guidelines
- Maintain accurate records in CRM tools
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in International Voice Process (BPO/Call Center mandatory)
- Undergraduates and Graduates both can apply
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
- Strong customer handling & problem-solving skills
- Comfortable with night shifts / rotational shifts
Preferred Candidate:
- Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice period
- Experience in US/UK/AUS processes
- Familiar with KPI metrics like AHT, CSAT, FCR
