International Taxation - US Compliance

Key Responsibilities:

Excel in Tax Advisory engagements. International and Transaction Tax engagements such as Due Diligence, structuring, international tax advisory engagements and reports with timely, responsive services/work products.
Support on tax advice and assisting with required filings.
Experience in International Taxation, Corporate Tax
Locations: - Bangalore

Experience :- 1- 4 Years

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Chartered Accountant
• 3-5 Years of International tax and/or Mergers and Acquisition tax experience. Mandatory that the candidate has a prior experience in an International tax advisory practice in a client facing role.
