International Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Driving sales for the overall assigned territory.
• Generating high quality sales by contacting clients using our customer database (country will be assigned based on language skills & skillsets).
• Establishing multiple contact/ touch points through emails, social media, references and converting leads to sales.
• Client servicing - Follow up on enquiries, orders and updating shipment status to the clients.
• Foreign travel to countries assigned to meet & build relations with clients, also to participate in sales exhibitions.
• Lead generation & business development in specific country as assigned.
• Reaching out to the clients for delivering the marketing campaigns & promotions through WhatsApp, emails, etc.
• Responsible for conducting and analysing market research to identify opportunities and trends in the international markets.
• A go-getter with an ability to handle sales independently.
• Being an international Sales Manager must be aware of international variances in cultural and legal issues pertaining to sales.
• Use of social media & digital marketing to increase sales and brand building.
• Typically reports to senior leadership. Need to provide inputs to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility.
• Designs, recommends and sets short/long term sales strategies.

Experience & Ability:

• Should have 8 to 15 Years experience in similar sales profile with B2B sales.
• Candidate must have good communication skills & pleasant personality.
• Qualities - Self-driven, Motivated, entrepreneurial, aware of foreign cultures / businesses.
• Preference will be given to candidates with work experience in engineering based products.
