International Sales Manager

Role Overview

Responsible for driving international patient inflow and medical tourism business by building strong networks with Healthcare Facilitators (HCFs), medical tourism companies, and local partners in Bengaluru, while promoting the hospitals services globally.

Key Responsibilities

International Business Development

• Develop and execute strategies to attract international patients
  
• Identify and onboard medical tourism partners, facilitators, and agencies
  
• Expand presence in key international markets (Africa, Middle East, SAARC, etc.)
  

Local Networking (Bengaluru Focus)

• Build and maintain strong relationships with local HCFs and medical tourism companies
  
• Conduct regular meetings, hospital visits, and engagement programs
  
• Generate patient referrals through partner networks
  

Hospital Promotion

• Promote key specialties (oncology, transplants, cardiology, ortho, neurosciences, etc.) to global partners
  
• Coordinate international patient services (packages, pricing, documentation)
  
• Support branding, presentations, and B2B marketing initiatives
  

Strategy & Performance

• Track international leads, conversions, and revenue
  
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity
  
• Achieve monthly/annual patient acquisition targets
  

Qualifications

• Any degree
  
• 5+ years experience in hospital international marketing or medical tourism
  

Key Skills

• Strong network with Bengaluru-based HCFs & medical tourism agencies
  
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills
  
• Knowledge of international patient processes (visa, insurance, coordination)
  
• Relationship management and business development expertise
  

Key Goal

Increase international patient volume, partnerships, and revenue through strong local and global networks.
