Role: International Non-Voice Process (Chat)
Exp: Minimum 1 year
Role & responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and processes.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
- Handle multiple chat interactions simultaneously.
- Escalate complex cases to relevant teams when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
- Meet defined productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Follow organizational policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams for effective issue resolution.
Preferred candidate profile:
- Any Graduate.
- 1 to 5 years of experience in Chat Support, Customer Service, BPO, or related roles.
- Experience in handling international or international customer support processes is preferred.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
