Company: Hexaware Technologies

Role: International Non-Voice Process (Chat)

Exp: Minimum 1 year


Role & responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and processes.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
  • Handle multiple chat interactions simultaneously.
  • Escalate complex cases to relevant teams when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
  • Meet defined productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Follow organizational policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for effective issue resolution.

Preferred candidate profile:

  • Any Graduate.
  • 1 to 5 years of experience in Chat Support, Customer Service, BPO, or related roles.
  • Experience in handling international or international customer support processes is preferred.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts
