International Business Development Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Build relationships with overseas referral partners, hospitals, embassies, insurance companies, corporates, and medical tourism facilitators.
• Coordinate with international patients regarding appointments, treatment plans, travel, and post-treatment follow-up.
• Prepare business proposals, presentations, and partnership agreements.
• Work closely with clinical, operations, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless patient experience.

Preferred candidate profile

• 6 to 11 years of experience in International Business Development, International Marketing, Medical Tourism, or Hospital Marketing.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management abilities.
• Experience in handling international clients and B2B partnerships.
