Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
• Resolve customer queries with professionalism and empathy
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain customer satisfaction
• Upsell and cross-sell products/services where applicable
• Meet quality, productivity, and process KPIs

Salary

• Freshers: Up to 3.5 LPA
• Experienced: Up to 4 LPA (Based on experience & interview)

• Rotational Shifts
• 5 Days Working
• Rotational Week Offs
