Role & responsibilities
We are looking for 5 interns across these project areas:
1.)Customer Voice & Experience Intelligence
Focus: VOC, NPS, customer insights, service quality.
2.)Customer Journey Excellence & Experience Design
Focus: Journey mapping, UI/UX, communication templates, digital touchpoints.
3.)AI-Powered Customer Operations & Service Automation
Focus: AI-enabled process automation, knowledge management, chatbot prompts, workflow optimization.
4.)Website CRO to improve user journey and experiment
5.)App as a service mapping and implementation
Preferred candidate profile
Education: BBA/MBA/PGDM/B.Tech.
Internship duration: 2 Months/4 Months/6 Months
Mode: Hybrid
