JOB FUNCTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Understand Loan Origination process.

Review Mortgage related documents for completion and accuracy.

Ensure documents meet Investor requirements and guidelines.

Update required data accurately in system.

Highlight and escalate in case of compliance or guidelines violation.

Work in excel spreadsheets that are used for tracking and reporting
