Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Build efficient and reusable front-end systems using React / React Native.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to create robust, scalable, and maintainable applications.
• Debug and optimize code to improve performance.
• Implement state management solutions using libraries such as Redux, MobX, or the Context API.
• Integrate with back-end services and APIs, ensuring data consistency and application stability.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in front-end development and React ecosystem.

Required / Must to have skills:

• Proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Familiarity with React.js and its core principles.
• Knowledge of popular React.js workflows (such as Redux).
• Familiarity with newer specifications of ECMAScript.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues.

Good to have skills:

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Understanding of WebSockets or other push-based mechanisms.
• Node.js knowledge (basic APIs, npm, simple backend understanding).
• Exposure to TypeScript.
• Understanding of Git/GitHub.
• Knowledge of UI libraries (Bootstrap, Tailwind, etc.)
• Familiarity with Flutter and Dart is a plus.
