We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Home Quality Inspection Intern to join our team and support our site quality and handover processes.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in inspecting residential units for construction quality, finishing standards, and functionality of fixtures/fittings.

Conduct pre-handover inspections and record findings in detailed checklists.

Collaborate with project engineers, contractors, and customer care teams to ensure timely rectification of defects.

Document issues with photos and notes and help prepare inspection reports.

Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and basic real estate norms.

Participate in handover processes and client walkthroughs as needed.
Requirements:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Civil Engineering.

Basic understanding of construction practices and home inspection elements.

Attention to detail and strong observational skills.

Good communication skills (Marathi/Hindi and English preferred).

Familiarity with MS Office or Google Sheets for reporting.

Willingness to travel to project sites across Pune.
