Intern - Business Data Analyst

Were seeking a highly motivated and analytical Business Analyst Intern to join our team. In this role, youll be responsible for supporting our business operations and strategic initiatives. Youll work closely with our product, business analyst, and program manager teams to analyze data, develop insights, create config and make recommendations for optimization.

Youll also have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in fintech and learn from seasoned professionals in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

Create config for the client

Conduct data analysis and research to support business data on dashboard

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and optimization

Assist in developing and executing strategic initiatives

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements

Currently pursuing or passed a degree in business, economics, finance, BTech, or related field

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficient in SQL, Excel, any visualization tool(Quick Sight, Tableau, Power BI etc) and data analysis tools

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Detail-oriented and organized

Passionate about fintech and financial inclusion
