What Were Looking For:

Must Have

- Engineering background - B.E./B.Tech/BCA/MCA or equivalent, preferably in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or a related discipline.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good understanding of software development fundamentals.
- Comfortable working with APIs, JSON, databases, and basic technical concepts.
- Ability to write clear requirements and communicate effectively with engineering teams.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Curiosity to understand how products work behind the interface.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership.

Good to Have

- Experience with tools such as Postman, SQL, Figma, Git/GitHub, etc
- Basic SQL knowledge.
- Familiarity with REST APIs and API testing.
- Experience building a college project, website, application, SaaS product, or automation.
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Cursor, Lovable, or similar tools.
- Prior internship or project experience in Product Management, Software Development, Business Analysis, or QA.

- Build something and can explain how it works.
- Can look at a problem from both a user and engineering perspective.
- Can identify edge cases others havent considered.
- Can prototype an idea using AI/no-code/low-code tools.
- Question existing processes instead of simply following them.
- Can communicate clearly with engineers, designers, researchers, and business teams.
- Have strong ownership and are willing to get into the details.
