Interior Site Supervisor

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Interior Execution Supervisor to independently manage premium residential and commercial interior sites. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, labour and vendor coordination, quality control, material planning and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise civil, electrical, carpentry, false-ceiling and painting works.
• Coordinate labour, subcontractors, vendors and project teams.
• Read architectural and interior drawings and ensure proper execution.
• Plan material requirements and control usage and wastage.
• Conduct quality inspections and resolve site-level issues.
• Maintain daily progress reports, labour attendance and work records.
• Coordinate with clients, architects and consultants.
• Monitor timelines, site safety, cleanliness and project handover.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of interior execution, materials and finishes.
• Ability to read AutoCAD drawings.
• Good site, labour and time-management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and client-handling ability.
• Fluency in English, Hindi and Telugu.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and site documentation.
• Must own a bike and be willing to travel across project sites in Hyderabad.
