Job Description - Interior Site Supervisor
Experience: 4+ Years
Location: Bengaluru
Qualification: Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture or related field.
Job Summary Manage end-to-end interior fit-out execution for commercial and residential projects while ensuring quality, timelines, material control, and site coordination. Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end interior execution
- Supervise false ceiling, carpentry, modular furniture, electrical and finishing works
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, workers and purchase team • Create and track Purchase Requisitions (PRs)
• Monitor project progress and quality standards
- Review drawings and ensure execution as per approved specifications • Maintain safety and site discipline
- Resolve site issues and maintain documentation Required Skills Interior fit-out execution, site supervision, material planning, vendor coordination, drawing interpretation, electrical/plumbing/HVAC coordination, reporting and documentation.
Preferred Industry: Interior Fit-Out, Interior Contracting, Commercial & Residential Interiors.
