Key Responsibilities:

In-depth Product Expertise

• Maintain an extensive understanding of the diverse product range, including finishes, design options, pricing, and terms.
• Use this expertise to swiftly address customer inquiries and facilitate informed decisions.

Team Handling

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve collective targets.
• Delegate responsibilities effectively, ensuring balanced workloads and accountability.
• Conduct regular team meetings to align goals, share updates, and resolve challenges.
• Provide coaching and performance feedback to enhance individual and team growth.

Lead Generation and Management

• Identify and qualify potential leads, engaging them with compelling presentations and consistent follow-ups.
• Convert prospects into confirmed bookings through strategic engagement and relationship building.
• Monitor lead pipelines and ensure timely follow-ups by the team.

Client Engagement

• Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients through active follow-ups and personalized communication.
• Arrange meetings and collaborate with the design team to propose tailored solutions.
• Drive successful conversions by aligning client aspirations with product offerings.

Trust Building

• Establish and sustain strong, professional relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor throughout the design and decision-making process.
• Ensure transparency and reliability in all client interactions.

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with the Brigade Plus team post-booking to guide clients through the design process.
• Ensure seamless coordination and a satisfactory conclusion to every project.
• Act as the bridge between sales, design, and operations teams to maintain smooth workflows.
