Job Description
Position Details: To undertake drawing packages at Schematic and Concept design levels.
Deliver comprehensive drawing packages at Detailed design level and furnish working drawings through GFCs.
Workout and document details with project designer and Associate architect.
Correspond with consultants to incorporate MEP, Structure and such in Working Drawings.
Correspond with Site supervisor / client representative/ contractor for execution when needed.
Job Profile for Experience Drafter:
- Ability to create innovative design solutions
- Proficient in Working Drawings and an eye for detail.
- Proficient in Sketch up and Lumion.
- Good communication and co- ordination skills.
- Detail oriented with strong problem solving abilities.
Skills
Excellent communication skills; listening, comprehension, and feedback.• Outstanding fluency and skill within the AutoCAD program.
