Job Description
Role & Responsibilities:
We are looking for a talented Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Preparing detailed 2D working drawings and execution drawings to guide project implementation.
- Developing high-quality 3D interior visualizations that accurately represent design concepts.
- Effectively coordinating with clients, vendors, and project execution teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Preparing comprehensive Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and material specifications to support project budgeting and procurement.
- Ensuring that all designs align with client requirements while adhering to project timelines and milestones.
Preferred Required Skills:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD for 2D drawings.
- Strong knowledge of SketchUp and/or 3ds Max for creating impactful 3D visualizations.
- Experience with rendering software such as V-Ray, Enscape, or Lumion is preferred.
- A good understanding of space planning, material selection, and detailing processes.
- Proven ability to prepare working drawings and effectively coordinate with execution teams.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to engage with clients and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of site execution practices and interior detailing will be considered an added advantage.
