Interior Designer and Architect

Role & responsibilities

• Develop architectural and interior design concepts based on client requirements, project scope, and budget.
• Prepare detailed architectural, interior, furniture, and working drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp or other relevant software.
• Create space planning, layouts, elevations, sections, ceiling plans, flooring plans, and detailed design drawings.
• Select materials, finishes, colors, furniture, fixtures, and lighting in line with the design concept.
• Prepare 3D models, renders, presentations, and mood boards to communicate design ideas effectively.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct site visits, review ongoing work, and ensure execution matches approved drawings and design specifications.
• Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and estimates when required.
• Review shop drawings and coordinate architectural, structural, MEP, and interior design requirements.
• Monitor project progress, quality, timelines, and adherence to design standards.
• Identify site issues and provide practical design solutions during execution.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining design quality and meeting deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, regulations, safety standards, and project requirements.
• Support clients with design decisions, material selections, and project-related recommendations.
