Architect Interior Fit-Out
Job Description
Responsible for designing, coordinating, and delivering interior fit-out projects from concept to completion while ensuring quality, compliance, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop space planning layouts, design concepts, and detailed working drawings.
* Prepare construction drawings, material specifications, and BOQs.
* Coordinate with clients, consultants, MEP teams and site execution teams.
* Excellent in making & reviewing drawings and ensure adherence to design and quality standards.
* Conduct site inspections and resolve design and technical issues during execution.
* Ensure timely delivery of projects as per approved drawings and project schedules.
Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
* 3–5 years of experience in interior fit-out/interior design projects.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Office, and Excel.
* Strong knowledge of construction drawings, detailing, materials, and fit-out execution.
* Good technical understanding of interior construction and site coordination.
* Excellent communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
