Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Integration Engineer with 2-4 years of experience in middleware and integration technologies. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in messaging systems, database concepts, Unix environments, and software development lifecycle processes. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on enterprise integration solutions while learning custom tools and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and maintain middleware and integration solutions.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration-related issues.
• Work with MQ-based messaging systems and ensure smooth message flow across applications.
• Perform database queries, analysis, and troubleshooting using SQL.
• Utilize Unix/Linux commands for system monitoring and operational support.
• Follow SDLC processes and contribute to application support and enhancement activities.
• Execute SOP-based operational tasks and ensure adherence to established procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business-critical integrations.
• Learn and adapt to custom tools, utilities, and internal build processes.

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of Middleware & Integration Concepts.
• Hands-on experience with MQ (Message Queue) technologies.
• Good understanding of SQL and Database Concepts.
• Familiarity with Unix/Linux Commands.
• Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to learn new tools and technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in application production support or integration support environments.
• Exposure to enterprise messaging and middleware platforms.
• Ability to work in a process-driven environment and follow standard operating procedures.
