As an Integration Engineer, a typical day involves delivering expert consultation on business and system integration to support clients in implementing efficient and effective solutions. This role requires engaging deeply with client needs, translating those needs into actionable business and technology strategies. The day includes facilitating discussions around transformation initiatives, guiding the customer journey, and shaping functional and application designs. The Integration Engineer ensures that the technology and business solutions align closely with the client s requirements, fostering seamless integration and driving successful project outcomes through collaborative efforts.

Roles Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the coordination of integration activities to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clarity and shared understanding.

Professional Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Azure PaaS.

Experience with cloud-based integration services and platforms.

Strong knowledge of system architecture and design principles related to integration.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues.

Familiarity with API management and service-oriented architecture concepts.

Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure PaaS.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
