Drive discussions and consult on transformation, the customer journey, functional/application designs and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements.

Summary:
As an Integration Engineer, a typical day involves engaging closely with clients to offer expert advice on business and system integration challenges. This role requires understanding client needs thoroughly and translating them into practical technology and business solutions. The day includes facilitating discussions around transformation initiatives, mapping customer journeys, and designing functional and application frameworks that align with business objectives. Collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that the implemented solutions meet the intended requirements is a key aspect of daily activities, fostering seamless integration and effective delivery.



Roles Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the coordination of integration efforts to ensure alignment with client goals and project timelines.

Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall performance and skill development.

Continuously evaluate integration processes and recommend improvements to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

Proficiency in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD).

Strong understanding of system integration principles and best practices within enterprise environments.

Experience in designing and implementing end-to-end integration solutions that align with business processes.

Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Familiarity with workflow automation and process optimization in human resource service delivery contexts.

Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable solutions.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD).

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
