Job Description

BlitzenX is scaling its global InsurTech footprint and looking for a Sales & Partnerships Associate to support our senior sales leadership. This is a critical role supporting Curtis, a senior leader with over two decades of InsurTech experience. The role demands precision, speed, and accountability. Youll be the execution backbone behind every strategic pursuit, technology partnership, and client acquisition initiative.

Responsibilities

Build market intelligence across insurance carriers, MGAs, and reinsurers in the P&C, Life, and Health verticals
Identify transformation opportunities within Guidewire, Duck Creek, Salesforce, Databricks, and Verisk ecosystems
Manage pre-sales support including RFP research, pursuit documentation, and meeting preparation for Curtis
Maintain CRM hygiene, outreach follow-ups, and prospect tracking with zero lag or rework
Support technology partnership activities such as alliance coordination, joint campaign tracking, and co-sell initiatives
Drive data accuracy and pipeline health for all ongoing pursuits
Prepare pursuit briefs, post-call notes, and follow-up summaries for leadership and delivery teams
Work across marketing and delivery to align messaging and collateral for proposals and campaigns

Requirements

Minimum 8 years of experience in IT Services or InsurTech business development, alliances, or sales operations
Strong understanding of insurance technology, digital transformation, and system integration sales motions
Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Excellent research, communication, and presentation skills with attention to detail
Familiarity with InsurTech ecosystems like Guidewire, Duck Creek, Salesforce, or Databricks
Ability to work independently and deliver consistently across time zones
Self-driven, structured, and capable of handling multiple fast-paced initiatives simultaneously
