Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Life Insurance and General Insurance business in the assigned district.
- Develop and manage a network of high-performing VLEs.
- Generate and track LMS leads through VLEs.
- Increase monthly activation and productivity of VLEs.
- Ensure collection of renewal premiums and improve renewal business.
- Onboard new VLEs and institutional partners.
- Achieve monthly and annual premium targets for both LI and GI segments.
- Conduct regular engagement and support activities to improve insurance penetration.
