About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and technically skilled Installation Technician to support the installation, assembly, testing, and maintenance of equipment at our assembly unit and customer locations. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused approach to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Equipment Installation Assembly

Install, assemble, and commission equipment as per technical specifications and project requirements.
Conduct on-site installation activities at customer locations while ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
Perform equipment setup, alignment, calibration, and operational testing.

Technical Support Maintenance

Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues during installation and commissioning.
Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance activities as required.
Diagnose faults and recommend appropriate solutions to ensure optimal equipment performance.

Inspection Quality Control

Verify equipment functionality and performance before handover to customers.
Ensure installations comply with company standards, technical drawings, and customer requirements.
Maintain installation records, service reports, and checklists.

Customer Coordination

Coordinate with customers during installation, testing, and handover processes.
Provide basic operational training and guidance to customers on equipment usage and maintenance.
Address customer concerns professionally and escalate complex issues when required.

Safety Compliance

Follow workplace safety guidelines and standard operating procedures.
Ensure proper handling of tools, equipment, and materials.

Qualifications

ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related technical disciplines.
1 5 years of experience in equipment installation, maintenance, assembly, or field service.
Experience in Arcade game entertainment industry would be preferred.
Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
Ability to read technical drawings, manuals, and wiring diagrams.
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and testing instruments.
Willingness to travel to customer locations as required.
