As a business application consulting generalist at PwC, you will provide consulting services for a wide range of business applications. You will leverage a broad understanding of various software solutions to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency through analysis, implementation, training, and support.

Responsibilities

• Engage stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Define business processes and translate them into functional specifications.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, SMEs, and technology teams to define data requirements, mappings, and transformation logic.
• Perform data discovery, querying, analysis, validation, and troubleshooting of large healthcare datasets (claims, eligibility, provider, etc.).
• Document functional requirements, data definitions, lineage, and business rules for analytics and reporting.
• Support development of dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI or Tableau aligned to business KPIs.

Mandatory skill sets

• Strong exposure to US Healthcare domain (Claims, Membership, Provider, Enrollment, Benefits).
• Strong business analysis and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on SQL expertise.

Preferred skill sets

• Certification in Business analyst

Experience

• 6-10 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst.

Education

• BE/BTech /MBA
• Degrees/Field of Study required: Master of Business Administration
