Job Description
Qualification: BE/BTech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 3-5 years of experience are required (oil and gas refinery-experienced candidates get prioritized).
Role and responsibilities:
Associates are responsible for inspecting equipment or other materials to ensure that they meet certain standards.
They may also be tasked with evaluating the quality of these items and reporting any issues to management.
Visiting plants or fabrication shops for the purpose of assessing the mechanical integrity of the process equipment and verifying conformance to code specifications.
The associate will be working for an energy company that keeps track of the condition of oil and gas pipelines, pumps, tanks, vessels, valves, structural supports, and other equipment.
Witness a hydrotest of equipment and piping.
Inspect welding in piping and equipment at various stages of fabrication.
