Inside Sales Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly targets for international business development in Europe, UK, and US markets.
• Build strong relationships with existing clients to identify new opportunities and expand existing accounts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing materials, product knowledge, and sales enablement tools.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategy.

Job Requirements :

• 2-4 years of experience in BPO sales, global sales, or international business development.
• Proven track record of success in generating leads and closing deals in European, UK, or US markets.
• Strong understanding of the IT services industry and its key players.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport at all levels.
