Inside Sales Manager (B2B) - Kolkata

We are seeking a performance-driven Inside Sales Manager to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving client acquisition, managing the full sales cycle, and developing strong relationships with B2B clients.

This opportunity is ideal for candidates with experience in B2B sales, digital marketing sales, or service-based client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns.
• Identify potential clients requiring SEO, content writing, and digital marketing services.
• Handle outbound lead generation and client prospecting activities.
• Manage and update sales pipeline using Zoho CRM.
• Conduct introductory calls and explain company service offerings.
• Schedule meetings and assist in proposal discussions with prospective clients.
• Maintain consistent follow-ups to drive conversions and revenue growth.
• Achieve monthly client acquisition and revenue targets.
• Coordinate with internal delivery teams for smooth client onboarding.
  

Required Candidate Profile

• 4-8 years of experience in Digital Marketing Sales / SEO Sales / Agency Sales / Content Service Sales.
• Prior experience in SEO agency, digital marketing company, content writing firm, or marketing services organization preferred.
• Strong communication and client handling skills.
• Comfortable with cold calling and outbound sales.
• Knowledge of digital marketing or SEO services will be an advantage.
• Target-driven and self-motivated professional.
