Roles and Responsibilities :

• Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, outbound sales calls, and telephone conversations to drive revenue growth.
• Develop strong relationships with existing clients to increase customer satisfaction and retention rates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall service quality.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by consistently meeting quotas and performance metrics.

Job Requirements :

• 1-5 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales, business development, or inside sales.
• Proven track record of success in new client acquisition and upselling/cross-selling products/services.
• Strong communication skills for effective phone conversations with customers over the phone.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
