Inside Sales Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, and social media to drive business growth.
• Convert leads into paying customers by effectively communicating the value of our services and products.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by consistently meeting customer needs and providing exceptional service.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall satisfaction.

Job Requirements :

• 0-3 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales, insurance sales, or related field.
• Strong skills in cold calling, telecalling, telesales, and outbound sales.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
