Inside Sales Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach to drive revenue growth.
• Convert leads into paying customers by providing product demos, solutions, and excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by consistently meeting quotas.

Job Requirements :

• 1-4 years of experience in B2C sales, telemarketing, or online sales.
• Proven track record of generating leads and closing deals over the phone or internet.
• Strong communication skills for effective cold calling, negotiation, and relationship-building with clients.
• Ability to work independently from home office environment.
