Inside Sales Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Generate leads through outbound calls, emails, and social media to drive business growth.
• Qualify potential clients by understanding their needs and identifying opportunities for solutions.
• Develop strong relationships with existing customers to increase retention rates and upsell/cross-sell revenue.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns that meet client needs.

Job Requirements :

• 0.6-3 years of experience in B2B lead generation, demand generation, or inside sales.
• Strong skills in cold calling, lead qualification, prospecting, and telesales.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting daily targets.
