Inside Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Generate leads through cold calling and follow-ups.
• Identify customer requirements and promote products/services.
• Convert leads into sales and achieve monthly targets.
• Prepare quotations and follow up on orders and payments.
• Maintain customer records in the CRM.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely customer support

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 03 years of experience (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM (preferred).
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
