Job Description

Position Overview

The Inside Sales Executive will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying,

qualifying, and nurturing business opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship

development. You will work closely with marketing and regional sales teams to support the

full sales cyclefrom lead generation to closurewhile maintaining accurate CRM records

and achieving defined targets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Qualification

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospects provided by the Data Validation team.
  • Qualify inbound leads from digital campaigns, conferences, referrals, and trade

shows.

  • Research and identify target companies and decision-makers.

2. Client Engagement & Sales Execution

  • Understand customer requirements and propose tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals and product/service information.
  • Manage leads through CRM; schedule meetings for regional sales.
  • Drive the complete sales cycle, including upselling and cross-selling.
  • Analyze territory, market trends, and industry dynamics.

3. Database & CRM Management

  • Maintain and expand a robust prospect database.
  • Log all communications and activities in the CRM system.
  • Track and report weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPIs.

4. Collaboration & Market Support

  • Provide feedback on competitor activities.
  • Support marketing initiatives such as trade shows, exhibits, and events.
  • Participate in periodic sales training sessions

Eligibility, Qualifications & Skills

Education

• B.Sc. in Physics, Chemistry Or Mathematics / B. Tech

• MBA in Marketing or Sales advantage.

Experience

• 47 years of total work experience, with 3 years in equipment inside sales environments.

Skills & Attributes

• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written).

• Strong organizational, planning, and reporting capabilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel) and CRM systems.

• Proven ability to close deals and meet sales quotas.

• Excellent relationship-building skills; ability to work independently and in a team.
